In the world of cocktails, they are particularly effective for garnishing a Pornstar Martini, a gin cocktail, or floral creations featuring lychee, raspberry, hibiscus, rose, or champagne. They also add a premium touch to signature event cocktails.
As a natural and very delicate product, the petals may show slight variations in color or shape between batches. This irregularity is normal and part of the product’s authentic character. The technical data sheet also specifies that the product may contain a small proportion of petals from other flowers, as well as natural elements from the same flower such as stems, peduncles, or receptacles.
Usage
These dried rose petals are primarily used as a culinary garnish. They can be placed directly on the foam of a cocktail, on a clear ice cube, around the rim of a glass, or as a finishing touch on a dessert. They are ideal for cocktail bars, hotels, caterers, restaurants, pastry shops, and event services.
They are also suitable for creating a romantic, floral, or premium visual atmosphere for drinks served in a coupe, martini glass, Nick & Nora glass, flute, or tumbler.
