Cocktail Kit

Our cocktail sets

A beginner’s cocktail set

zq991xk has put together a cocktail set featuring the essential tools you need to craft your own mixes.

Precisely measuring your liquids is essential to building and revealing flavors. That’s why our basic kit includes a Jigger. Made of stainless steel and shaped like an hourglass, jiggers are used to measure out your spirits.

Citrus fruits are a frequent ingredient in cocktail recipes. However, the pulp and seeds aren’t always wanted. That’s why we’ve added a bar strainer to this set, so you can collect just the fruit juice. It features 4 prongs for a secure grip on the shaker.

No cocktail kit would be complete without a shaker. For this set, we’ve chosen to include a 28 oz container, close to one liter — 0.82 cl to be precise.

Finally, to give your drinks one last emulsion, we’ve added a twisted bar spoon. Its shape helps blend liquids smoothly.
If you’re after a more complete set, check out our Bartender Kit. This set includes an extra shaker, a muddler for pressing citrus, and pour spouts that fit directly onto your bottles for more precise pouring.

Our cocktail kit for professionals

When you’re on the move for events, it’s handy to have a cocktail case that’s always ready to go with you. Enthusiasts will find plenty to love here too. This cocktail kit is highly complete, with over 30 tools covering everything from the most basic to the most specialized needs.

Inside this kit you’ll find the essentials for cutting, measuring, straining, mixing, and pouring. It also includes a shaker, a serving tray, ice tongs, a bottle opener, and ice muddlers.

Cocktail cases

For evenings that call for a certain standard of style, we’ve added a leather cocktail case to our catalog. Sleek and understated, it’s every bit as functional thanks to its many compartments.

Padded on the inside, it can also hold up to three bottles.
If you want to reach peak elegance, go for the cocktail roll: the Bartender Roll Up. Also crafted in leather with fine finishing touches, it has numerous slots for strainers, spoons, a muddler, and a jigger. It closes with a strap that adds the perfect finishing touch of style.

Flair Bartending kits

Since we come from a Flair background, we’ve also thought of mixology and juggling enthusiasts. After thousands of hours of practice, we’ve won several championships. That’s why we know firsthand how important it is to train with well-calibrated gear.

We’ve selected two flair bartending kits that are ideal for training. Our first kit includes a metal shaker, a muddler, a resin bottle, and a bar blade. We should note that we chose this set in particular because the bottle’s weight is perfect for practicing our routines.

The Neon Flair Bartender Kit also has some interesting features of its own. We picked it for the fluorescent color of its tools. A night show with this type of bottle gives your performance a unique, spectacular edge.

Finally, we’ve just added a carrying bag designed for Flair bottles. Cube-shaped, the Pro Flair Bag holds eight bottles along with other tools. This bag is sturdy and opens on each side with zippers. A must-have for every flair bartender!

How do I choose a cocktail kit for a beginner versus an experienced home bartender?

Beginners do well with a 10-piece set built around a 24 oz Boston shaker or a 550 ml three-piece cobbler shaker, a double jigger (25/50 ml), a Hawthorne strainer and a twisted bar spoon. Experienced mixologists usually want a professional cocktail bar set with a fine mesh strainer, muddler, channel knife and a Japanese mixing glass for stirred drinks.

What is the difference between a cobbler shaker and a Boston shaker set?

A cobbler shaker is a single three-part unit with a built-in strainer and cap, so it needs no extra tools and suits small kitchens. A Boston shaker set uses a metal tin plus a second tin or pint glass and requires a separate Hawthorne strainer. It seals harder, chills faster and holds around 800 ml, which is why bars prefer it for two-drink batches.

How should I clean and store stainless steel bar tools to prevent rust spots?

Rinse tools right after use, since citrus acid and salt pit the surface if left overnight. Wash in warm soapy water, then dry immediately with a cloth rather than air-drying, which is what causes water spots on stainless steel bar tools. Avoid the dishwasher for copper- or gold-plated finishes, as hot detergent cycles strip the coating within a few months.

Is a cocktail set with a stand a good gift, or is a bag better?

A stand works when the recipient has counter space and entertains at home, since bamboo or steel stands keep tools visible and encourage use. A roll-up bag suits students, renters and anyone travelling to parties. If you want a cocktail making kit as a gift, check that it includes a recipe booklet and at least a jigger, strainer and spoon, not just a shaker.
