Create spectacular aromatic clouds with the VOM F1 formula, the original. Developed for bar and gastronomy professionals, this base can produce up to 400 meters of edible cloud, depending on the recipe and gas used.
It is used with helium and works with a wide range of liquids:
Water-soluble liquids: coffee, herbal teas, hydrosols
Alcohol: cocktails, liqueurs
Fats: aromatic oils, olive oil, ham fat…
Each jar contains 100 g of formula, in sleek, airtight packaging.
