Sosa’s Naturfoam is a professional solution for creating natural foams in drinks and liquid preparations. Made from quillaia extract, also known as the soapbark tree, it produces a fine, light, and consistent foam without the need for egg whites.
Highly practical for modern mixology, Naturfoam is used in cocktails, mocktails, flavored soda, iced teas, fruit drinks, and preparations based on milk, cereals, nuts, or plant-based ingredients. It is particularly well-suited for bars, restaurants, cocktail labs, caterers, and pastry chefs looking to add a clean, stable, foamy texture to their creations.
The product dissolves easily in aqueous liquids, both hot and cold, and remains compatible with acidic preparations, making it an excellent choice for cocktails featuring citrus, fruit purées, syrup, or infusions.
Usage tips
Add Naturfoam directly to the liquid preparation, then mix until completely dissolved. The foam can then be created using a whisk, siphon, blender, air pump, or a dedicated foaming kit. For a uniform result, it is recommended to disperse the powder well before aeration.
Recommended dosage: 0.2%, which is approximately 2g per 1 liter of preparation.
