Based on egg albumin and xanthan gum, Sosa Bubble allows you to transform a flavored liquid into airy bubbles. It is particularly suitable for creating bubbles from juice, infusion, syrup, broth, honey, beetroot, cocoa, or vegetable flavors. The official Sosa product indicates a dosage of 20 g per liter and use with an aeration system such as the Foam Kit Pro.
An ideal texturizer for creative mixology
In cocktails, Sosa Bubble allows you to create an original edible decoration to place on the surface of a glass. The bubbles can be flavored according to the recipe: citrus, fresh herbs, tea, infusion, red fruit, spices, syrup, or aromatic preparations.
This finish immediately gives a premium effect to a signature cocktail, a bar animation, a professional event, or a creative cocktail menu. Unlike a classic foam, Bubble allows you to obtain more visible and distinct bubbles, with a more spectacular result.
