Les vergers Boiron Ambient Blood Orange Puree is an exceptional product designed for bar and gastronomy professionals. Made from ripe Moro, Tarocco, and Sanguinello blood oranges grown in the volcanic soils of Sicily, it captures the full aromatic richness of the fruit: a beautiful sweet-tart balance, intense fruity notes, and a subtle, sweet bitterness—the signature of the blood orange.
Composed of 99.3% blood orange (the remainder is used to stabilize the color), this puree contains no added sugars, flavorings, or preservatives. Its “100% fruit” profile allows the bartender to maintain total control over the sugar/acid balance and adjust sweetness according to the recipe. The smooth texture, vibrant color, and authentic aroma make this puree an ideal base for classic or modern cocktails, mocktails, long drinks, sauces, fruity desserts, ice creams, and sorbets.
The 1 L ambient carton packaging is a significant logistical advantage: before opening, the puree can be stored at room temperature (< 25 °C) for approximately 18 months. This eliminates the need for freezer storage or thawing, simplifies stock management, and speeds up bar service. After opening, the puree must be kept refrigerated and used within a maximum of 10 days to ensure quality and freshness.
Whether for a fruity spritz, a sour, a signature creation, or a sophisticated fruity dessert, this blood orange puree offers a ready-to-use, reliable, and consistent solution—a true asset for bars, restaurants, hotels, caterers, or demanding mixologists.
