How long can the BIB be kept once opened?
2 months (often longer, but we recommend two months, a timeframe we’re confident won’t see any spoilage)
Should the BIB be kept chilled after opening?
Not necessarily, but for those containing fruit juice it’s strongly recommended (Sex on the Beach, Porn Star Martini, Piña Colada, Hurricane)
To keep the cocktail always fresh without having to serve it over ice (e.g. Espresso Martini), it’s also recommended
Should drinks be shaken before serving?
Not necessarily, but it’s recommended for cocktails that usually have foam: Piña Colada, Espresso Martini and Porn Star Martini)
It’s recommended to shake with 1 or 2 ice cubes (but not full ice, so as not to add too much dilution) to get a nice foam on top.
