The BIB can be kept for up to 2 months after opening, with no taste alteration if stored properly.
It’s recommended to keep the BIB chilled once opened, especially given the presence of fresh fruit juice or natural infusions like basil.
Shaking isn’t mandatory, but a light shake with one or two ice cubes is recommended to bring out the aromas and create a light foam.
Serve between 4°C and 8°C, over ice or in a chilled glass for the best experience.

3 litres: a compact format ideal for small events, pop-up bars or tastings. It serves around 25 glasses and stores easily behind the bar, on a shelf or in a cooler box.
10 litres: designed for professional or high-volume festive use. It delivers up to 80 ready-to-serve cocktails, with minimal footprint. It can be stored upright or on its side, used with a fountain or mounted on a dispenser.
The BIBs are lightweight, stackable and easy to transport, and fitted with a built-in tap for smooth, fast service.
