A subtle balance between bitterness and freshness
Monin pink grapefruit syrup 70cl delivers a slightly tangy and bitter fruity flavour, typical of ripe pink grapefruit. Its bright pale pink hue and perfectly balanced taste make it a top choice for tonic cocktails, alcohol-free spritzes, or summer mocktails.
This syrup is especially popular in drinks based on gin, tequila, vodka or prosecco, but it also shines in artisanal lemonade or iced tea. Bartenders love its vivid freshness, strong aromatic intensity and perfect blending into cold liquids.
