Jasmine is one of the most precious flowers in perfumery and gastronomy. Renowned for its floral, sweet, and slightly heady aroma, it evokes elegance and purity. In the world of mixology, jasmine paves the way for original, refined cocktails with a beautiful sensory signature.
Thanks to its natural aroma and the presence of jasmine extract, MONIN syrup faithfully recreates this olfactory and gustatory experience. It can be used in both summer creations and sophisticated drinks, with or without alcohol.
Recommended dilution: 1 part syrup to 8 parts water or other liquid.
Mixologist tip: a few drops are enough to transform a classic cocktail into a high-end floral creation.
