£21.90

If you want a clean, crisp, and consistent “mojito” mint taste, this syrup is a massive time-saver. MONIN Mojito Mint Syrup is designed to deliver fresh, spearmint flavor without the hassle of infusing, leaf oxidation, or flavor variations between shifts. Its recipe gets straight to the point: sugar, water, natural mint aroma. It’s simple, effective, and performs perfectly in both the bar and the kitchen. In practice, MONIN recommends a 1:8 dilution: you quickly get a balanced aromatic base for cocktails, soft drinks, and cold drinks, while keeping control over the final intensity.

Where it really pays off is with the classics that need to be served quickly and consistently every time: Mojitos, Virgin Mojitos, homemade lemonades, sodas, iced teas, and even coffee twists (mint iced latte, cold brew) if you want to expand your drinks menu.

MONIN Mojito Mint Syrup is a mint-flavored syrup made with natural mint aroma. It offers the characteristic nose and taste of spearmint, with versatile use in cocktails, mocktails, lemonades, sodas, iced teas, coffee-based drinks, and culinary applications. Usage tip: 1 part syrup to 8 parts water, cocktail, or other preparation.
