Its recipe, made with 10% concentrated lemon juice, restores the soul of the fruit while providing a gourmet touch of acidity – perfect for enhancing mocktails, granitas, or fruity smoothies. Compact and aesthetic, its bottle finds its place behind a bar or on a counter, ready to reveal all the authentic light of a lemon with character.
Contents
This syrup draws its liveliness from a controlled formulation: sugar, water, 10% concentrated lemon juice (with sulfites), natural flavors and emulsifiers (acacia gum, E445), coloring (E161b), and a touch of antioxidant (ascorbic acid) to preserve its freshness. By providing 266 kcal per 100 ml (63.2 g of sugar), it respects the sweet-and-sour balance to let the true taste of lemon shine through. Recommended dilution: 1 part syrup to 8 parts drink, for fine and consistent dosing.
