Le Fruit de Monin Coco is a gourmet purée made from carefully selected ingredients: sugar, water, coconut milk and grated coconut, condensed milk, natural flavoring, Xanthan gum thickener, emulsifier, acidifier and preservative. It contains the equivalent of 30% coconut to faithfully capture the smooth, exotic taste of this iconic fruit.
On the palate, it’s a festival of sensations: an aroma reminiscent of freshly grated coconut, a creamy, smooth texture that blends richness with sweet intensity. Easy to dose thanks to its dilution guide (1 part purée to 6 parts liquid base), it enhances smoothies and frappés, exotic cocktails, flavored hot chocolates and creamy desserts alike
Why choose it?
Le Fruit de Monin Coco is more than a purée: it’s an invitation to travel. Its tropical smoothness makes it the perfect asset for creating Piña Coladas, coconut hot chocolate, coconut-banana milkshakes or reinvented cheesecakes. It’s a top-choice ingredient for bar and world-cuisine professionals, as well as for home mixology enthusiasts.
