The CentriCook is a centrifuge designed for precision work in the kitchen and in mixology. It separates juices from suspended fibers and concentrates the pure essence of ingredients at the base of the container, achieving a silky, impalpable texture.
The clarified juice stays on the surface, offering an ideal solution for cocktails, guaranteeing a crystal-clear drink with no floating particles.
Unlike methods using pectinases or thickeners, the CentriCook is faster, doesn’t heat the product, doesn’t increase acidity, and preserves natural aromas.
