- 4 cl vodka
- 1 cl triple sec
- 4 cl cranberry nectar
- 1 cl lime juice
Fill your shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add 4 cl of vodka, 1 cl of triple sec, 4 cl of cranberry nectar and 1 cl of lime juice (you can squeeze ½ a lime for this), then shake. Strain and pour into a cocktail glass.
MOJITO
It’s the star of our summer! The Mojito is a Cuban cocktail that needs no introduction. Its success lies in the perfect balance of mint, lime and rum.
Ingredients:
- 4 cl white rum 40°
- 2 cl cane syrup
- 1/2 lime
- 8 mint leaves
- Sparkling water
At the bottom of a mojito glass, place your mint leaves. Dice your half lime and add it to the glass, then pour in 2 cl of cane syrup. Muddle it all together. Add 4 cl of white rum. Add ice to your glass as you like, then top up with sparkling water. Stir well.
MARGARITA
Straight from Mexico, the Margarita is a must-try cocktail. It’s usually served in a salt-rimmed glass.
Ingredients:
- 4 cl tequila
- 2 cl triple sec
- 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
Fill a shaker halfway with ice. Pour in 4 cl of tequila, 2 cl of triple sec and 2 cl of lime juice. Shake. Then pour your mix into a cocktail glass.
GIN TONIC
Introduced by the English East India Company in India in the 18th century, the Gin Tonic is loved for its distinctive bitter taste.

- Tonic water
- 1 lemon zest

OLD FASHIONED

- 4 cl scotch whisky
- A dash of Angostura Bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- Sparkling water
Place your sugar cube in a whisky glass. Soak it with a dash of Angostura Bitters, then crush it. Add ice cubes and 4 cl of scotch whisky. Top up with sparkling water.
