With a diameter of approximately 7 to 8 cm, this compact version is designed to fit Koriko and Leopold tins, as well as Cocktail Kingdom mixing glasses up to 675 ml. It effectively retains ice cubes, fruit pieces, herbs, or pulp when serving a shaken or stirred cocktail.
Its tight circular spring ensures a clean strain, while the notched shape of the handle allows the strainer to rest securely on the rim of the shaker or mixing glass during pouring. Made of 18/8 stainless steel, it offers good durability for regular use behind a professional bar. Please note: like other plated accessories, this strainer should not be washed in the dishwasher.
