This bar accessory is a must-have for restaurant and hospitality professionals, as well as cocktail enthusiasts. Using the Timeless 72cl mixing glass Generally, a mixing glass is used to make stirred (not shaken) cocktails. It’s used to blend cocktails that will be served directly. The mixing glass is dedicated to preparing alcoholic cocktails. Examples include the Knight Cup, Claret Punch, and Martinez. Using the Timeless 72cl mixing glass allows the mix to be chilled before serving, either without ice or straight up. This type of glass is also useful when the cocktail includes solid ingredients. In that case, you’ll need to strain the drink to remove citrus pulp or mint leaves. This way, the mixing glass lets you serve a drink that is both clear and visually appealing.
