To use the Swizzle Stick, insert it into a glass filled with crushed ice and the cocktail ingredients. Quickly rub the stick between your palms while moving it up and down. This technique, called “swizzling,” effectively mixes the ingredients while rapidly cooling the drink, creating a light layer of frost on the outside of the glass.
