Mezclar products are renowned for their reliability. Cocktail Barware presents one of its flagship shakers: the Tin on Tin Boston shaker. Like the classic Boston, this shaker is made up of two tins, 18oz and 28oz. Choosing two metal tins brings several significant advantages when making cocktails. On one hand, the composition of stainless steel allows mixtures to heat up or cool down faster compared to the glass of a traditional shaker. This also saves time and energy when preparing the drink. On the other hand, since the steel tin walls are thinner, there’s more room for more liquid. Finally, the ultimate advantage over glass is the strength of steel. Flair bartending professionals know it well — glass breaks with repeated contact with ice cubes. That’s why they tend to prefer the Tin on Tin Boston.
