The round Hawthorne-style strainer is the “maximum efficiency” filter behind the bar: it holds back the ice and fruit pieces, pours cleanly, and keeps a steady flow. This stainless steel Mezclar version is built for professional service with a fine coiled spring that catches ice shards and unwanted ingredients during a “single strain”
Made of stainless steel, it ticks all the essential boxes for professional use: hygiene, durability, easy maintenance, and natural compatibility with a Boston shaker (essential since it has no built-in filter). The result: a cleaner pour, fewer mistakes, and more consistent execution when service gets busy
Dimensions: 20.5cm x 9.5cm x 2cm. Diameter: 9.5cm
