A cocktail bar staple, the Margarita gets a ready-to-drink makeover here, available in 3L or 10L Bag-in-Box. This classic, well-balanced and punchy recipe combines tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and an agave syrup for sweetness.
Nitrogen-infused, the Margarita keeps all its aromatic liveliness, great structure, and a bold first taste. Whether for fast service or upscale self-service, this BIB format gives you efficient flow and consistent quality down to the very last glass.
Can be kept for up to 2 months after opening, with no loss of flavour.
Cold storage is recommended to preserve all the freshness of the lime.
It can be shaken with 1 or 2 ice cubes to create a lovely texture and a light foam, without over-diluting.
Serve chilled between 4 and 8 °C, in a Margarita or Old Fashioned glass, rimmed with salt in the traditional way.
