This sealer is designed for Peel-Off lids dedicated to desserts. It is ideal for thick preparations and “verrine” formats. However, this type of lid is not recommended for drinks (cocktails, soda, carbonated drinks), as it is not the appropriate lid for beverage use and transport.
Operation is simple: position the lid, apply the tool to the edge, then go around by turning the handle to crimp the assembly. The result is clean and uniform, ideal for small volumes, product testing, pop-ups, and events. Its stainless steel construction makes it robust and durable.
Place the Peel-Off dessert lid on your container, adjust the tool’s pressure on the edge, then turn the handle around the entire perimeter with steady pressure. You get a clean closure, ready to be stored in the fridge and sold for takeaway.
