The Monin Lime Juice Cordial 1 L is the perfect blend of concentrated lemon and lime juice (50% total juice: 25% each), with an optimal sugar dosage to enhance your preparations without weighing them down. Created to simplify the creation of classic and contemporary cocktails, this cordial preserves the freshness of citrus while ensuring balance and harmony of flavors.
Easy to use, it naturally finds its place in recipes for Margarita, Gimlet, Mai-Tai, Gin Tonic, or Gin Fizz, as well as in homemade soda, sparkling lemonade, or vitamin-packed smoothies. Thanks to its liquid texture, it mixes effortlessly, offering the roundness of fresh juice with the convenience of a cordial.
For optimal dosage, dilute 1 part cordial in 5 parts liquid (water, cocktail, soda, etc.). This ratio guarantees a balanced taste, true to the fresh fruit, while facilitating professional or home service.
