In service, it’s simple and clean: MONIN recommends a 1:8 dilution (1 part syrup to 8 parts water, cocktail, or other application), which allows you to dose precisely, maintain control over intensity, and above all, serve consistent recipes even during a rush.
The MONIN “bar” advice is clear: it pairs particularly well with white spirits like vodka or gin, and with red fruit flavors (e.g., raspberry) for highly effective twists.
