This model features an electronic touch control panel that lets you select one of three wash programs (60, 120 or 240 seconds) depending on the level of soiling. It also has a special cold wash program, ideal for delicate glassware. Thanks to the “Soft Start” system, the pump starts up gradually to protect delicate dishware. This system, combined with an ECO function, automatically reduces energy consumption after 15 minutes of inactivity, optimising the appliance’s energy performance.
The rinsing and washing system is provided by rotating stainless steel arms positioned above and below, ensuring even coverage of the dishware. Operating temperatures are optimised for hygienic washing: 60°C for the tank and 85°C for rinsing, with separate electronic thermostats for greater precision. The “Thermo Protector” function ensures that rinsing only takes place once the water has reached the optimal temperature, preventing thermal shock.
On the safety side, the dishwasher is fitted with a safety thermostat, an 8-point self-diagnostic system, a door micro-switch and has an IP44 protection rating. It can be installed in a corner if needed, offering greater flexibility when laying out professional kitchen spaces. What’s more, no special electrical or plumbing connections are required for standard installation.
The unit is delivered complete and ready to use: with a universal 500×500 mm glass rack, a rack for deep and flat plates, a cutlery basket, a detergent dispenser, a rinse aid dispenser, a drain pump, as well as all the hoses needed for connection (water supply and drainage). The power cable is included (without plug) for direct connection to the mains.
