Requirements for your Bariste® station
This freestanding cocktail station has been designed to make life easier for your plumber. To ensure your rinsing point works optimally, you’ll need a cold and hot water supply (via 15/21 diameter male fittings) with 500 mm long hoses. Liquid drainage is handled cleanly via two 40 mm PVC outlets, while keeping a 100 mm service void at the back or underneath the unit.
Simple, secure installation
The major benefit of a freestanding model lies in its quick set-up, with no need for heavy carpentry work. Simply position your Bariste® equipment where you want it in your layout, level it, then connect the traps and hoses directly to your water supply. If you’re placing the station next to another stainless steel unit or an existing worktop, we recommend applying a silicone seal along the joins to perfect the seal and guarantee impeccable hygiene.
Stability and resistance to heavy loads
The stainless steel used by Bariste® guarantees rock-solid durability during busy services. However, it’s worth noting that once the insulated bins are filled with ice, the rails loaded with your spirit bottles and the fruit purées are in place, the station’s total weight can easily approach 100 kg. Make sure your floor or supporting structure is perfectly stable and able to safely bear this operational load.
