Sourced from organic citrus farms in Calabria, Essentia Bergamot is a 100% natural essential oil spray, extracted by cold-pressing the fruit peels. This rare and precious essence is the iconic olfactory signature of Southern Italy, used for centuries in both perfumery and gastronomy.
In the 18th century, bergamot gave birth to Eau Mirabilis, the ancestor of the famous Eau de Cologne. Today, its subtle and captivating scent – fresh, citrusy, and slightly bitter – is a staple in high-end mixology, pastry making, and non-alcoholic drinks.
A few sprays are enough to turn a simple cocktail into a refined sensory experience. Whether on a martini, an iced infusion, a lemon mousse, or a ganache, bergamot reveals its full aromatic complexity.
Carefully crafted in the Santa Bianca workshops, this spray combines organic food-grade alcohol, distilled water purified through an exclusive magnetic process, and pure food-grade essential oil.
