If you want a “wow” signature without complicating your recipes, this cloche is a commercial weapon. It allows you to work with smoke as an ingredient: you scent the container, the garnish, and the air around the cocktail, then trigger the effect at the moment of service. The result: a more premium, memorable customer experience and a natural upgrade to your menu.
Designed in borosilicate glass, it offers excellent clarity and a genuine professional product feel. The key element is the silicone aeration: you slide the smoker hose into it to inject smoke under the cloche without “leaks,” without DIY fixes, and while keeping your station clean. It is described as ideal in combination with a smoking gun.
In practice, you can use it to: scent an Old Fashioned / Negroni / Manhattan, smoke a glass before a cocktail, or add an aromatic touch to a garnish (zest, spices, wood chips). The effect is clean, fast, and above all, reproducible during service.
