The big plus is the ultra-sharp blade with titanium coating: it bites into the peel immediately and keeps a clean cut, even when you’re doing back-to-back services. The lightweight plastic body makes the tool comfortable to hold and reduces fatigue when you have to prepare a series of garnishes for an event or a busy shift.
In terms of use, you can use it to instantly boost the look of classics (Negroni, Old Fashioned, Martini, Gin Tonic, Spritz…): a beautiful twist, a spray of essential oils over the glass, and your cocktail moves into the “signature” category without changing the recipe. Warning: it is very sharp, so we recommend a secure grip and proper storage at the station.
