The Monin Cherry syrup 70 cl celebrates one of the most delicious fruits of summer. Rich in aroma and intensity, it faithfully recreates the juicy sweetness of ripe cherries, lifted by a subtle hint of pit. Its balanced aromatic profile makes it an ideal base for mixology creations, fresh drinks, and liquid desserts.
In a cocktail, it adds color and aromatic power, perfect for a Cherry Collins, a cherry iced tea, or a non-alcoholic mocktail. In hot drinks, it enhances a chocolate, cappuccino, or latte by giving them an unexpected fruity dimension. It also works well in smoothies and milkshakes, pairing cherry with vanilla, chocolate, or red fruit.
The 70 cl format, more compact than the 1 L version, is perfect for bars and restaurants looking to diversify their menu while optimizing storage. Easy to handle and dose, it guarantees smooth and consistent service.
