This Bariste built-in cocktail station is the ideal solution for turning a standard worktop into a genuine professional mixology space. Without having to redesign your entire venue, this stainless steel module integrates directly into your existing counter to streamline your bartenders’ workflow.
Designing a high-performance workstation is Bariste’s core specialty. By choosing this built-in cocktail station, you centralise ice management, bottle storage and the rinsing point in a single spot. This ergonomics, engineered for hospitality professionals, drastically cuts unnecessary movement during rush hours, boosting your profitability and the speed of your customer service.
Fitting this drop-in module requires a precise 1100 x 575 mm cut-out at the front of your worktop. To ensure impeccable hygiene and protect your units from water ingress, simply apply a silicone seal around the edges of the cut-out, fit the Bariste station into place, then seal the perimeter. Water connections are standardised to make things easy for your plumber. Plan for a cold and hot water supply (15/21 diameter male fittings) with 500 mm hoses, plus two 40 mm PVC drains, while keeping a 100 mm service void.
Equipment developed by Bariste is built to withstand the intense pace of busy venues. Once the insulated bins are filled with ice and fresh ingredients and the station is loaded with your spirit bottles, the equipment’s total weight can reach close to 100 kg. It is therefore strictly essential to fit lateral reinforcement panels beneath your bar worktop to safely support this heavy load and guarantee the longevity of your installation.
