This bitters is particularly recommended for creations built around amari, tequila, gin and rum: it “wakes up” a tiki twist, modernizes a sour, and gives real depth to cocktails served long or short
As a serving guide, a solid base is usually somewhere between 2 and 4 dashes (or the equivalent in drops depending on your dropper). On a recipe already rich in liqueurs/syrups, start light: Burlesque builds intensity fast, and that’s exactly why it saves you time behind the bar. (The goal is precision… not an audition for a fire-eating act.)
