On the nose, expect a bold, honest ginger note with a hint of citrus (zest, lemon-like). On the palate, ginger leads the charge, followed by warm spices (allspice/cinnamon/clove depending on the tasting notes) with a lively, spicy kick, ideal for “waking up” a long drink.
This bitters is designed for the Buck and Mule family (Moscow Mule, Dark ‘n Stormy, ginger beer variations), but it also works beautifully to add depth to a Cuba Libre, a Whisky Ginger, or rum and bourbon cocktails when you want a spicy backbone without weighing down the recipe.
