Precision is the foundation of a balanced cocktail. This copper-finished tool allows for consistent measurements of 20ml and 40ml, ensuring that the proportions of your spirits and modifiers remain accurate throughout service. Its ergonomic design facilitates a fluid pouring motion, minimizing spills and maintaining the cleanliness of the workstation. By standardizing the volume of each ingredient, you achieve a reliable result in the glass, preserving the integrity of the recipe and the harmony of the final drink.

How to use it

To ensure accuracy, hold the vessel firmly between your fingers and pour the liquid until it reaches the desired brim level. When transferring the contents into your shaker or mixing glass, maintain a steady, controlled tilt to prevent splashing. For layered drinks, use the measured volumes to manage the density of each component effectively. After each use, rinse the interior to avoid flavor cross-contamination and dry it thoroughly to maintain the finish of the copper surface, ensuring the tool remains ready for the next service.
