The Dewar containers for liquid nitrogen are specially designed to meet the demands of molecular gastronomy and mixology professionals. Built to 100% Chef technical standards, they provide optimal storage of your liquid nitrogen, limiting losses and ensuring extended use for over a month thanks to their sealed chamber.
Each container comes with a padded thermal cover, providing protection against accidental knocks and better thermal insulation to extend the life of your liquid nitrogen.
If you use liquid nitrogen regularly and don’t have a reliable supplier nearby, we recommend a 20 to 30 litre container, which will reduce evaporation and optimise your investment. The larger the container’s capacity, the less nitrogen you’ll lose to evaporation.
