The Alaska D3088N is a dry cooling beer dispenser designed for mobile service and events: quick installation, compact footprint, and consistent service without the constraints of an ice bank. Dry cooling has one simple goal: colder beer, faster, cleaner, and a smoother setup when moving between fairs, trade shows, pop-up bars, or catering events. This version runs on CO₂: it requires a CO₂ bottle to push the beer. It is a reliable, stable “bar” configuration for consistent service over time.
