Content
This concentrate is based on a premium composition: 39% ginger (and lemon) juice for an authentic taste, completed by sugar, water, natural ginger flavoring (and other natural flavorings), acidifier (citric acid), stabilizer (xanthan gum), and preservative (potassium sorbate). It provides 114 kcal per 100 ml, with 26 g of carbohydrates (including 25.9 g of sugars) and a saline touch of 0.03 g, with no fat or protein. The ideal dilution, 1 part to 8, guarantees the perfect balance between character and aromatic harmony.
Dimensions
Presented in a 70 cl glass bottle, this concentrate combines visual sobriety with functionality. It stores easily and keeps for several months after opening, provided it is stored in a cool, dry place away from light — ensuring consistency and freshness, even during periods of high turnover.
