These solid CO₂ pellets are ideal for molecular mixology, culinary presentations and spectacular smoke effects. They can also be used with our Dry Ice Mixer, letting you incorporate dry ice directly into drinks without altering their taste.
1. Insert the mould into your Dry Ice Black CO2 generator.
2. Turn on the device and let it compress the dry ice.
3. Collect the perfectly formed pellets in just 15 seconds.
4. Use immediately for your cocktails or culinary presentations.
