Note: the quality of the ice depends on several factors such as freezer temperature, water purity or freezing speed. To maximize clarity, use filtered water boiled twice, and set your freezer to around -14°C.

The Clear Ice Box consists of a rigid insulating structure, a bottom retention tray and flexible silicone molds for easy unmolding of the ice cubes. It produces six large cubes (5 cm per side), perfectly suited for Old Fashioned glasses or cocktails served on the rocks.
The directional freezing principle guides the crystallization process to prevent bubbles from forming at the center. The result: clear, solid and visually striking ice cubes that enhance your creations while limiting dilution.
