The Biloxi Urban Bar fine strainer is an essential accessory for bartenders who want a clean, crisp and professional pour. Used alongside a Hawthorne or Julep strainer, it allows for double straining to remove small ice chips, fruit fibres, citrus pulp, herbs, seeds or shaker residue.
It’s particularly useful for cocktails served “straight up”, in a coupe, Martini glass or Nick & Nora glass, where the finish needs to be smooth and elegant. This applies to many classic and signature cocktails such as the Daiquiri, Cosmopolitan, Clover Club, Whisky Sour, Pornstar Martini, Gimlet, or any cocktail containing fresh juice, muddled fruit or aromatic herbs.
Made from Japanese 18/8 stainless steel, this fine strainer offers strong corrosion resistance and excellent durability for regular use in bars, restaurants, hotels or at home. Its polished finish gives it a clean, professional look that fits easily into a stainless steel bar tool set.
Compact and lightweight, it’s easy to handle with one hand over the serving glass. Its fine mesh holds back impurities while letting the cocktail pass through quickly, for a smooth and precise pour.
